Tommy was always right behind Canary,
And found the depths of the mine to be quite scary.
When the roof of the mine fell down and went boom,
Instead of gold Tommy found his doom.

Tommy while digging for gold
deep in the damp the dark and the cold.
Heard a creek and a crack and then the mine hushed.
That was right before the cave in and Tommy got crushed.
